Our Mission
Beyond the follower-count and like-driven nature of social media, we want to give people honest, anonymous, and manipulation-resistant feedback on how the people around them actually see them. Selflekt is a personal development and self-awareness tool — it is not a psychological diagnosis, hiring, or academic measurement tool.
How It Works
Users rate each other on a scale of 1-20 across 18 attributes spanning character, mindset, work style, and social categories. Who rated whom is never visible — every evaluation remains anonymous. Behind the scenes, the HumanRank algorithm weighs vote reliability based on the voter's consistency and reputation, so coordinated manipulation and fake votes are automatically detected and neutralized.
