- Self-assessment data
1.3 Technical Data
- Device type and operating system
- Anonymous app usage statistics
- FCM push notification token
2. How We Use Your Data
Collected data is used solely for:
- Providing services and account management
- Operating the voting and evaluation system
- Score calculation and statistical analysis
- Security, verification, and spam prevention
- Service quality improvement
- Fulfilling legal obligations

- Phone numbers are hashed with HMAC-SHA256; plain text is never stored
- Voter identities are stored in anonymized form
- Data is transmitted via encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS)
- Cloud infrastructure is hosted in Europe (Frankfurt)
- Regular security audits are conducted
4. Data Sharing
Your personal data is not shared with third parties except:
- Service providers: SMS, cloud storage, notification, and AI services (for service purposes only)
- Legal obligation: Court order or competent authority request
- Security: In cases of serious security threats

6. Child Safety
Selflekt has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. Registration by individuals under 13 is technically prevented.
If you encounter content or behavior that raises child safety concerns, you can report it using the in-app "Report" feature or by emailing info@selflekt.com directly. All reports are reviewed and, where necessary, reported to the relevant authorities.
