1. Our Commitment
Selflekt is a peer-evaluation platform. We are unconditionally committed to the safety and protection of children. Selflekt has a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
These standards apply to all users of the Selflekt application and are enforced globally, regardless of jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Selflekt and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors (CSAE/CSAM)
- Grooming, solicitation, or any communication intended to exploit children
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting sexually explicit content involving minors
- Any attempt to use Selflekt to gain inappropriate access to minors
- Creating accounts for individuals under 13 years of age
3. Age Restriction
Selflekt is designed exclusively for users aged 18 and over. Registration by individuals under the age of 13 is technically blocked. If Selflekt becomes aware that a user is under 13, the account and all associated data are immediately deleted.
4. Reporting Mechanism
Selflekt provides an in-app reporting mechanism. Any user can report another user's account directly from within the application using the "Report" feature. Reports are reviewed promptly by the Selflekt team.
Reports can also be submitted via email at any time: info@selflekt.com
5. How We Handle Reports
- All child safety reports are reviewed as a priority.
- Accounts found to violate these standards are immediately suspended.
- Any CSAM discovered is removed and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local authorities.
- Selflekt cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation.
